Born in Portland, Oregon and raised in the Historic Columbia River Gorge, Billie Baxter is an Illustrator/Animator based within New York City. She has worked and interned alongside artists such as Bill Plympton and Christine Davis, and mentored at Pratt Institute, where she recently graduated with her B.F.A. in Animation. She also continues to produce and sell her own work independently. She is a lover of intertwining linework, wholesome narrative, and abstract horror. She dreams of one day creating her very own feature-length animated horror film.
